With a Master of Science and advanced doctoral research training from the UC San Diego School of Biological Sciences and the Salk Institute for Biological Studies, Adelaida bridges advanced scientific research with accessible, patient-centered digital healthcare through her leadership in client growth and education.

At UC San Diego she taught molecular biology labs in plant molecular genetics and biotechnology and in recombinant DNA, designed course materials and mentored undergraduate students.

As an award-winning educator and experienced researcher, her mission is to demystify digital healthcare by creating a seamless, transparent, and empowering journey for every patient who visits Increase Health.

Having volunteered with Feeding America, we know firsthand that true long-term health is impossible to sustain when a family is forced to face food insecurity. To anchor our mission in communal prosperity, we personally funded our brand’s first 10,000 high-quality meals out of pocket before accepting our very first patient checkout. Moving forward, every successful checkout funds 100 meals for families nationwide through our independent contributions to domestic hunger-relief organizations.
